Mifare 1k GPB

If my General Purpose Byte (sector0, block3, 10th byte) is C1 is this decoding correct using the following offical info:

bit da 0 a 1 = ADV (MAD version)
bit da 2 a 5 = RFU
bit 6 = MA (MultiApplication standard; if 1 = YES, 0 = no multiapplication)
bit 7 = DA (MAD use, if 1 = YES, 0 = sector0 contains no MAD)

C1 = 11 00 00 01

MAD version = 01hex
DA = 1
MA = 1

or is:

MAD version = 10bin = 02hex
DA = 1
MA = 0

???

Thank you !
