I saw the video at youtube website about mifare hacking, and found the website where made the movie.

The special hardware used in their research is Proxmark I guess.
There is something I can't understand about this video.
After an attacker approaches a card reader he collects a data by putting the antenna on a card reader,
and then cryptographic key is retrieved.
At this point I can't understand without a card it is possible to get a 32-bit nonce Nc or Nr for authentication.
In the same way, when an attacker sniffs a personnel member's card is it possible to get a Nc or Nr?
